Missing cutscene?

A while back my friend was telling me how he remembers Spyro 2 having an additional cutscene before the one with Spyro and Sparx that featured the Professor, Elora, and Hunter gathered around a portal. I told him that perhaps he just switched the order of the cutscenes in his mind, but strangely enough, someone else said they remember the exact same thing. Do any of you have memories of this supposedly "missing" scene?

i don't remember a cutscene like that, but i remember a different cutscene that doesn't play in the game. i would SWEAR there was a cutscene where portal to Hurricos comes out of the ground. just one of those short cutscenes, like when the water falls down in Aquaria Towers?

... and yet how many people have gone through the game code by now, and haven't found the cutscene i remember, or the one your friend remembers. it's really weird. maybe they're in there but nobody's dug them up yet?...

Nah, no one mentioned that. Plus I'm sure most people when they first played it did go through Glimmer a second time when they learned to climb.
