Re: DDR?
LOL, I was expecting her to get an S or something because it was on the controller, heh, but it seems to me that the S rank doesn't exist nowadays in DDR...? I remember going as far as SSS rank in Dance Dance Revoltuion 3rd mix when you get all Perfect (or so called Marvelous now) in the song...

Re: DDR?
An S...? Well the rankings I know are:
AAA--all perfect.
AA--Full Combo or a lot of Perfects and a couple goods.
A--Most of the arrows Perfect, few misses.
B--ok, but a lot of greats.
C--A lot of goods, almosts, or boos, and greats.
D--Almost failed, half of the arrows are goods/almosts/boos.
E--you failed.
Marvelous isn't acually the default ranking in DDR games. If you get really good, you can turn it on on the options, but it's basicallly the same as perfect, just a little more acurate.

Re: DDR?
I'm assuming an S is supposed to be better than an A.... Well, you try doing Max 300 on the controller sometime; it really hurts your fingers, HEH.

Re: DDR?
Unless your fingers are as good as mine, I can tell that the hard songs will really hurt your fingers... but right now, I really have to say that the old generation DDR is becoming too easy for the new generation... heh, I've seen much of the new song vids from somewhere... and I do see the new generation DDR in the arcades here... (LOL at altering speed 4x, heh)

Re: DDR?
Well just one so far. I wasn't really into DDR a while ago. In fact I found it rather pointless. But our school bought it for gym class. We're a very small school with only 17 students so I ended up playing more often than I wanted. I kinda got into it and eventually I was playing it just cuz I wanted to.
The game we got at school was DDRMAX2 so naturally that's what I got. Yesterday I got more than halfway through max unlimited on standard. Unfortunately I have very bad asthma so I don't get very far before feeling like I swollowed a gallon of sand. Nevertheless I push myself to the point of litterally laying on the floor gasping for air. :-P
DARN YOU DDR FOR BEING SO FUN!!!!!!!
yeah. ask a short question get a long answer. my bad. ![]()

Re: DDR?
heh, I don't care abput long answers! Well the newest game I got was DDR Max2. I also have Konamix, Extreme2, SuperNOVA, and Max. Hoping to get DDR Extreme too. As I said I've been playing for 2 years and can pass every single song on challenge in all of em, Except for Fascination ~Eternal Love Mix~. (stupid song) Wow, I could rant about DDR all day. My favorite songs are Max300 both versions, Sakura, Maxx Unlimeted, Fascination Maxx, I also enjoy others that I can't list all of them. Holy crap....this is probably my longest post ever! xD What songs do you like?
