Re: School
yet it is hard to do that while you have hords of beasts raging on you in every direction, and sucking at you while you have the best mobility.
School is nothing but misery, and hardly helps. Kindergarten and year 1 help, aswell as year 2 or 3, yet they can be taught better.

Re: School
No... I meant "Let's take them on!" because we can do the small 1/6th of our lives! Just keep going!

Re: School
But WHY? WHY do we have to waist this time, there is no use throwing our life away for hardly anything, it is easy to say "hold on" but it isn't as easy in real life. 1/6th is not small

You think it's easy for me? Last night I slept at 5 AM and woke up on 7 AM. That isn't easy at all for me to say as I speak of experience firsthand. :-|

You're not alone. Me too. I have sleep issues. I feel tired the whole day- sometimes spanning up to my weekends to recover.

Re: School
Mm, I was like that all throughout first semester in school. I started to pick myself back up until I realized I was just short of making junior marshall.
Since then, I haven't tried as hard. But at least I'm not suffering from sleep deprivation anymore.
I probably will though this week since I've got spring break next week. So it'll be back to late nights then. ![]()

Re: School
I am complaing for all of you, not just myself, Doppel. alot of people tell me "go to bed earlier if you want to have more sleep" well for one, i cant get to sleep early, it is my instinct, and two, why cant i um... go to bed late and wake up late? Well it is because of school, i shouldn't change my sleeping pattern, when i want to rest just for something that they call "education". GEEZ!

Re: School
Yeah, if you're constantly changing you're sleeping pattern, then that's not good. It's unhealthy. I used to be exactly like that a few years ago though. I just could never fall asleep too early. Just never worked out for me.
But people who aren't getting the sleep they need should really consider naps. Naps are nice. Even if they're only for about 30 minutes. They still make a significant difference. ![]()

Re: School
I have heard that you americans get the whole 3 months of summer for your holidays, you should be really grateful for that, that is why you get things done like becoming a good drawer or annimation or something.
Being in college, I finish on April 24th and return in September. Whoo! ^.^
That doesn't mean I should slack off completely; I'm hoping that I'd get the job I've applied for recently.
Oh, and regarding boring/fun teachers, I definitely agree that their personality AND the way they teach is a huge factor that may partially determine your success in a class. It's obvious that a boring no-fun and possibly strict teacher creates difficulty in doing well. At the same time, you don't want a teacher who has no clue what he/she is teaching or how to teach, because then you're pretty much on your own without the additional aid of the teacher. I've had both, and you'll get those kinds of people in life; suck it up.
