Yes...and no. Main reason I like school is because I see my friends and I impress people, no because it feels like a waste of time...and it is WAY TOO LONG

reading novels and doing comprehension on the or doing tasks on them. Learning about scientists and famous people's lives. History. Most other subjects. I recon we should choose what we learn from near the start, COMPLETELY.

o_O Anyway, as i said, i recon we should be able to chooses the subjects we do, and choose if we need to go or not (Its MY decision what i do with my life, not the Governements). I Do think we need school but it needs to be changed.

For regular school (as in gr. 1-12), most subjects are mandatory so that you'll be an overall well-rounded person in the basics of sciences and arts. Then when you go to university or college, you'll have more freedom to choose what subjects (courses) you want to take. Still, there are prerequisites to many courses; prerequisites mainly serve to guide you through the necessary knowledge you'll need. (although I still don't know why you need physics for pharmacology ?_?)

I would be happy about that, And If you could skip school fo game design (which you can do for some places), i Would. Because year 11 and 12 have nothing to do with game design (theres no Game design elective at my school or most schools for that matter). But hey, the education system is all screwed up.

Ok. School. Do I like it? Well, I have my days. Is it needed? YES. Sure, there are some subjects that may seem pointless to us .. *cough* *chemistry*.. Yet it may be someone else's future. It may also give us an idea about what we want to major/minor in.
Some things we just have to know too. Though I doubt I'm going to go calculate what elements my computer is composed of and how many atoms of orange juice are in my cup...
I think the education system is fine right now. Sucks for the freshmen coming to our school next year ... They've got it rough with the new system ...

I've met a few high school drop outs. They are the biggest idiots I have ever met. They have the attention span of an idiot and the idiocy of ... Well, an idiot. :-P

i can not handle school anymore, 4 hours worth of maths homework, the uselessness of it all. The only bad thing about highschool dropouts is that they cant get a job. But why? Why arn't they aloud? Most jobs have nothing to do with what you lean at school (or theres a minor part). Besides, I the cource you learn most of the stuff again.
We've been brainwashed, most of us cant open there mind and see whats so bad about this jail, school. School is making me Depressed, very depressed.
