How can sex kill you?

I hope the administrators won't remove this and don't judge what I'm about to say, but I heard that sex can kill but I don't know how, can any of you all tell me how?

I have a book that's called "How to tickle yourself", and it answers various questions, related to your one. As the book says, sex killed people; it listed like 8 famous people, and 3 out of them died out of an external factor (found being cheating) but at the end of the day, it is a massively small chance to no chance that sex can kill you naturally- if you are being attacked in the process, that's a whole other story, but you know what I mean.
