If I were you I'd keep them out of Spyro chat.

Re: this place feels more like a desert

We don't have to spend every waking moment talking about Spyro. There is other things to chat about like My Little Pony and Movies and such. Nothing wrong with that.

Were like a family and we have new members joining. Besides there are plenty of people here and would not have it any other way.

Re: this place feels more like a desert

The quantity of people here is enough for me, and they're all active enough. Frankly it feels cozy, nice change from the crowded forums i used to go on (which are now closed anyway)

Neo, danny if you two don't like it here you can go. But if not then stay enjoy the place no disrespect at all but that's all there is too it.

I really have problems on formulating my thoughts. I like it here, but it's more being the chat room of 15 nut jobs than the forum of a gaming franchise.

I don't like reading the title of this thread, it makes me feel uneasy. This place in wonderful. Someone who says otherwise just doesn't knows us that well yet.

Their not bad no body here is. I guess I'm a part of those nut jobs too no disrespect anybody you all rock. But anyway you'll get used to it. I get it we don't chat about Spyro all that time but is that so bad? I mean the diverserty of topics and parts of the fourm are all really cool. We got General discussion to discuss well everyday happenings and favourite shows for example. and Spam for well Spam.

But ether way hope you and Neo enjoy your time here and don't worry you'll grow used to us. We nut jobs aren't so bad. Once again everyone your not nut jobs at all everyone here rocks!

Well, I didn't meant it that way. I was actually expecting a crowded forum with lots of discussions but like I said, its the chat room of a small, selected amount of people.

Re: this place feels more like a desert

Spyro isn't an active franchise right now outside of Skylanders, so you can't really expect too many people. Like I said, though, I know there are tons of fans out there who probably haven't heard of this forum, so spread the word! smile

Re: this place feels more like a desert

I know for a fact that forums for newer, and more played, games will have a more active forum. If I make a thread on War Thunder's forum, the first day it might have two pages worth of comments (depending on the topic). I like it more here, it's more controlled and it's easier to get to know the newer members.

i feel more like this forum is a genuine "community". it's like a town, with long-time residents, and people who just recently moved here.

it's one big inner-circle, but without the elitism implied by that term. instead, it's open and other people are welcome into it.

also, this kind of atmosphere is comfortable to me, it's public, but it's not chaotic.

Re: this place feels more like a desert

I couldn't have said it better myself. We all came here because of a common interest in Spyro, but we talk to each other about tons more than just that, much like neighbors or good friends
