Avarian Chronicles: Shaded Origins ( ANB RP )

(And here I go. This takes place around the beginning, and I am just posting this up for now. Now I will just be setting up a intro to HUNK, next post after the next guy would be continuing where Spyro, Ignitus, and Neo left off.)

A few hours ago was a massacre. A mission gone wrong, the death of his squad, and to top things off, he had no communication to call in for airship support.

Just another day in the life of HUNK.

No matter what the mission was, luck wasn't on his squad's side. Nearly every mission involved his squadmates dying one by one by the enemy. The Apes were ruthless, but this was worse then them. The mission was simple: locate and rescue a researcher by the name of Luis Sera, who went missing during one of his research trips in the Ebon Mountains. The Jeuno government assumed he was killed by Apes, but that was disproved when they received a tip that the researcher was still alive in some village. There was only one village near Ebon.

Since then things have turned for the worst. The airship that brought them there was shot down, where it crashed into a ravine. The pilot was killed on the spot. The squad made their way to the village, where at first they thought that things were fine. But it turned out that the villagers were infected with something, some kind of...parasite. The rookie was the first to be killed, brutally stabbed in the head by a knife. The least experienced always went down first in his books.

It was confirmed through a research paper by Sera about a parasite called Las Plagas, and about some group called Los Illuminados or 'The Enlightened Ones'. It wasn't hard to put two and two together. The report also mentioned about two other people, some man who betrayed the Agency at Jeuno, and a winged raptor-like creature, who were also trying to use the Plagas for their own reasons. Perfect.

But while they were now prepared for the parasites, they weren't prepared for what came at them next. Some hulking being that looked like a overgrown man attacked them while they were heading up to the castle, killing the rest his squad and smashing the radio equipment. HUNK barely escaped alive.

He was now back outside the village some miles away, but he still had a mission to do.

The Death...Will Never Die.

Spyro growled at the one who had Cynder. "Give her back! If you are too concerned about me and her, then you should return her!" He was getting furious now at Jack, as he did not knew what he would do without Cynder.

((Ya, Spyro will do something soon. Can you say Fire Fury?))

"Then I will!" Spyro yelled out as he walked closer to Jack. He did not know how he was going to save Cynder, but something in him knew how. He closed his eyes as if on instinct and started to fly upwards. As he did so, fire started to form around his body.

Ignitus's eyes widened as he realized what Spyro was doing, he had seen it many times before. 'He's performing his first fury.' He thought to himself.

Just as Ignitus thought that, the fire around Spyro shot out from around him, spreading rapidly to a certain distance. Ignitus would be safe as he was far back, but Jack on the other hand...

The fire Reached and scorned Jack's body...His cries of agony were loud...........The fire died down..But he was still there, on the ground in tears "You hurt me...I meant no harm" A tear could be seen...But that tear turned to steam as his eyes glowed "Good, that what you need to survive in this world...As how your ancestors were taken away from you....Your Father Dead...I WON'T LET HIM DIE IN VAIN, I'll slaughter every ape, I'll burn cities to the ground...I'll eat worlds just for Utopia...But one thing i won't do..Never hurt family...and your family spyro..even if you kill me...I will never stop caring"

His back started to freeze until his entire body was frozen, it came from the inside, Cynder was half awake now, of course still stuck in the body cage she banged hard to get someone to notice, and freezing Jack was sure enough a tip of a iceberg

"Cynder!" Spyro called out. He was exhausted after that attack, but he had to follow it up and free Cynder. "Your not family, family don't put other family at risk." He said angrily before he unleashed a steam of fire at the now frozen Jack, attempting to melt him to the ground and get Cynder back.

She got out, slowy "I'm alright...Thank you" She gave him a quick peck on the cheek, of course she then layed on spyro a bit too weak after resisting Malefor and being put through that...looking at the melted remains "You didn't kill him?" she whispered slowy...She recalled the reason why Jack did this, when she was in the cage he had shown her some of the main reasons why he did things, giving her a stone in her sleep that would reveal to others what he had been put through..he still scared her..but knowing he wasn't a true villain made her at ease "Before I fall asleep...Look at the stone..it will show you things..." She closed her eyes, too tired...she had enough for one day.

Sparx looked in the distance as he tried to get Neo's attention. He saw a ring of fire expand to the location Cyril was racing towards. "Gee, I hope Spyro wasn't near that explosion."

((OOC- killa_cz, re-read your last post and tell me if you can read it. I can't. don't be afraid to use a punctuation mark every once and a while. Also, Gizz shouldn't really disapprove of Singular because he doesn't know that Juarecz is M.I.A. right? Or was Juarecz M.I.A. before they fled to the mountains?))

Cyril's eye's widened and he accelerated, he glowed some blue color before being at the speed of light however right near them...the color vanished and he seemed to be breathing heavily and hard to focus,

"Forgive me for using the Ice bolt form, But i had to.." He started to cough more and more..."I needed to see"

He gazed at his granddaughter's sleeping form, slowly he wrapped his tail around her and lay down...at this state both of them were exhausted, "Well young one, I see your first fury was a fire...Not the one I would of selected first hand for..for any simple dragon can use fire" and still he was being Cyril...it's a wonder the gene didn't affect his granddaughter. Looking back he could see Neo and Sparx nearing by...a few seconds they would touch down..he glanced at the stone and then at what remained of Jack, His voice was icy cold now, with a single tear "What were you thinking..Fire, Fire could of burned him through and hurt her....And you killed him...it's amazing she didn't get injured" However as he said he had a look of calmness on him "I'm sorry, I know you didn't mean that..but it wasn't a smart choice of action, I would of preferred if you had not killed Him too"

((Well looking back Jack got to them in a few seconds so if anything they wouldn't of been far, Also it's up to you if Spyro intended to Kill Jack))

Spyro shook his head. "I-I didn't know what came over me." He looked disappointed. "He had Cynder, I didn't want anything to happen to her. I-I just suddenly felt angry, and I just went with what my instincts told me."

"Its alright Spyro." Ignitus tried to calm the purple dragon down. "She was with you from birth; I would of done the same thing if I was your age and someone I knew was in trouble..."

*Flashbacks!*

The wyvern looked at his uncle as he neared the room "Look Jack...this is your cousin...our newest family member" the voice came from a red fire dragon, holding a purple egg...Jack squealed with excitement as he ran up to touch the egg...he was curious after all.

The memories intense as the next thing was more...unsettling

Jack was pinned to wood that had collapsed on top of him, he couldn't see much..but look at horror as everyone he knew was getting slaughtered by apes....The red dragon was finally at his end...the sight of his death sparked something in Jack that would go to cause terror...he could only cry and snarl from the inside, The ape's however howled in victory....then death as Ice projectiles went through their brains...a Ice dragon appeared out of the ashes and near the bodies, he glanced around untill he found the wyvern as the only survivor "Come with me"

The meomory started to flare as it seemed to go a time skip,

Two lovers died in a embrace before the apes had killed them, it looked like they were Jack's friends..he only cried, the ape however laughed...his laughter ended when he saw Jack eyes glow yellow...Jack started to get louder of hissing as his claw's and talons extended....He rushed forward and stabbed the ape, before biting it's head off...This was why Jack did these things...He didn't want to lose people, he was afraid, obsessed with revenge and fallen

*Flashback ends*

Cyril looked at the stone, it had more detail...looking at spyro he sighed "Spyro...look at this at your own risk, it holds things to do with your blood parents...your blood family...it also holds why Jack does this...Look at it at your own risk"

Spyro nodded as he walked forward and looked into the stone. He would soon see what Cyril saw, which didn't help the purple dragon at all with his emotion. It just made things worse. "He knew me before I was born..." He shook his head. "If only I knew sooner."

"He may be crazy, but that condition could be cured." Neo said. "He may be dead, but I have a feeling that we would be seeing him again..."

Frozenta replied with slight disgust. "Yes my wing is broken. I tried moving it just now and it hurts even to move it. My name is Frozenta." Frozenta leaned forward towards Blueice to get his 'real' attention. "And do not even think about calling me Froze! I Hate that!!!" Frozenta over-emphasized enough to cause her to stumbled slightly as she favored the left side of her body. She would regain balance a few seconds later.

blueice didnt bother about the small tone of disgust "ok ok, i never even thought of calling yo that in the first place, and i asked about the wing because there is a small chance i migth be able to help"

((just thought of a technique for blueice, focusing most of his regenerative powers and then temporarily transferring them to heal wounds or broken bones, the regenerative burst would only last for about a minute though and it takes a lot of energy, but i dont have to worry about the energy too much since he is so close to some green gems, it has no permanent effects, only a decrease in the regenerative powers untill he gets back enough energy))

The Body started to move, Tentacles appeared out of it as it swinged in all directions......."I Don't Like how you killed me...But given the situation i forgive you" His voice appeared out of nowhere and it was husky.

"It's going to be time...To commit Genocide on all apes on this planet"

Cyril having heard enough shot out ice, the ice shard hit near Jack and expanded freezing him to a ice cube again.

"It shall take a few good hours before that thaws and he escapes...hump Fire,earth and lightning may seem like great elements but Ice..ah now that is the crown jewel"

The village was no doubt empty...remains of the infected plagas were everywhere "Such a waste....least they are a little useful then the mindless T-virus beasts" putting on his shades wesker took a stroll "It might be time to pay...Chris! a vist"

((Camp fire time? for dragons..also i was wondering if we should put Jill and chris in here))

"We should keep going while we got the time. Without Jack interfering, we could be able to reach Warfang in a matter of a day." Neo said.

"Agreed, we already waisted enough time as it is." Ignitus sighed.

Meanwhile...

Leon mentally cursed himself for trying to follow two dragons...on foot. To top things off he was lost, though he knew he was still near Ebon as the fog was still around. Just up ahead he could see some shapes, buildings. He knew where he was now.

HUNK finally returned to the village, taking caution and hiding behind a wall of a building. Someone was still there. Peaking out from behind cover, only a bit of his mask and goggles peaking out, he saw a man wearing glasses. He didn't want to take a change with this man, something about him struck a bad vibe.

(Wesker wouldn't notice HUNK, or he does but just ignores him. Also, riverhippo, if you and killa wants, you can have those dragons wind up stumbling upon the village. I wanted to have a dragon or two accompany Leon through Ebon from the start, so maybe it can still work out.)

HUNK kept watching from behind cover, trying to listen closely. All he got was extraction, meaning whoever this guy was, he knew someone who had an airship.

Leon would slowly but cautiously enter the village through the main entrance, still a while away from where Wesker and HUNK was.

"Why Spyro...to train your elements more, i need you to do more with the emotions" He extended cynder's sleeping form, "Carry her, I need to carry Jack while he is still frozen..we need answers and her weight will be enough for training..both physically and emotionally..Now we should all get moving"

((OOC- We need to make sure our timeline is accurate. Gizz, Alkanus, and Giamia end up meeting up with the other dragons with Singular at the base of the Vanguard. So if they go to the village they cannot stay there long. Also, keep in mind that while they fled north, the other dragons find Singular and follow his lead north across the desert on foot as it would seem. I plan on having these three dragons having human interactions at Jueno before they meet again with Singular and the others. Also I don't know who HUNK is, but the dragons probably would have got there before HUNK, unless his actions are taking place at the same time as the rewind to explain what happened to Gizz, Alkanus, and Giamia. I hope that's not confusing.

Also, I would like it if the dragon characters can take advantage of Sparx's mysterious power that enhances dragons' elements when they are near them. It will allow Sparx to be more than comic relief.))

Sparx was last to show up at the now peaceful setting of Spyro's wrath. "Wha- <heavy panting> what....is......going....on...."

Frozenta's attitude backed off a little at Blueice's passiveness, but gave just enough optimism to allow him to keep talking. "How could you help me?"
