"Go....I...can't move....heh...he won't....find any...use in me...." Nithran hissed as his eyes started to close, "...I wonder....if this is...what dying....truely feels like...."

Lu didn't know what to say; she knew she should comfort him, but she was still numb to the situation. She sat down next to him, knowing that he wasn't a 'contact' sort of person she sat as close as she could without actually touching him.

She softened her voice, she was now pretty sure that this was actually happening, she spoke quietly, trying to reassure him.

"We've both died before you know. I just remember welcoming it; I just wanted to go to sleep, it felt good... and then I woke up and the World was screwed." She paused for a moment. "Sorry, I don't remember ever being this sarcastic before I 'died'.

Lu blinked, she had always encouraged Nithran to let out his feelings, she had always suspected that that was his problem all along; why he was so cold to others. She just wasn't expecting him to let out his feelings of his own accord, and with very little encouragement on her part. She felt her eyes misting over slightly as her emotions caught up with her, but she held them back, it was the last thing Nithran would want to see. She was glad her glowing red eyes would disguise the red colour of her unshed tears, which looked like blood as she had found out earlier with Ophelia.

"What is it?"

"I....I...." he tried to say as he weakly reached out to her before collapsing and his claw barely reaching her, feeling his scales. He prompltly closed his eyes and appeared to stop breathing.

"What? You what Nithran?!"

Ignoring what she had reasoned before she reached out to touch him on the shoulder. Remembering how fragile he was she gently jostled his shoulder blade, attempting to rouse him in some way.
Her intention of not crying in front of him went out of the window, and her eyes appeared to be bleeding as blood tears ran down her face. Nithran had died in front of her before, but then it had been quick, she hadn't even been able to even get to him. But this time it was much worse, and it was also made even worse by the fact that she didn't think it were possible for him to die again.

Suddenly, a large claw grabbed the coin as a dark aura fell over Nithran, who looked angered, "Son of a....he won't let me rest!" nithran growled as the claw grabbed the coin and violently ripped it away.

Lu growled and tried to swipe it back, but missed. As anger took over her the blood tears running down her face sizzled and evaporated as her body heated up.

"You..." She growled again, now totally convinced that something was indeed possessing Nithran. She had to help him somehow, but she didn't have the foggiest idea where to start.

The body started to go away, Nithran trying to mantain control. He warped and appeared about 100 yards away, leavign a trail for her to follow.

Ophelia POV

Mouth like sandpaper, vision blurred and a stomach that roared at her every 20 seconds, Ophelia continued to stumble through the forest. The sun was getting higher in the sky, it's rays making her scales sweat. It probably didn't seem so hot to others, but to an Ice dragoness like Ophelia it felt like a Fire dragon was on her trail. For her, the colder the better.

Now she felt dizzy, very dizzy. The trees around her seemed to spin. Ophelia gasped and grabbed onto a tree to support herself. Hunger, thirst, heat stress and weariness had gotten the best of her. She had to close her eyes. She just had too. As she did she felt herself sliding down the tree and landing on the ground. The next thing she knew she was on her side, lying on the floor.

She opened her eyes a fraction. Large, black crows came swooping down from nowhere. They'd obviously been watching her deteriorate for some time... As they squawked and bickered over who was going to get the first bite, Ophelia closed her eyes again, too weary to care. It wasn't like she could breath any Ice as her mouth was way too dry and it needed to be moist for her to breathe any Ice efficiently. She couldn't be bothered to roar or strike out at them...

"Father... I'm sorry... I just wanted to see you again..." Ophelia whispered hoarsly as she lost consciousness.

Nithran eventualy entered an abandoned home with a large arena in it. He was sagging with dark energy around him and he was struggling with opperating a machine.

Nithran activated something as a large hole appeared in the ground, seemingly sucking into nothing, "...He's coming..." He said as he struggled to get control, "Lumistar...get out...!" He said

"But where will she go?" he asked suddenly, "No one escapes him..."

Lu recognised the portal as something similar that she had seen in the Nest and knew that she had to scarper pretty quick. She glanced at Nithran, wondering if he was himself or possessed by War again at this moment.

"But what about you?" She hoped there was something more she could do, but knew that that hope was highly unlikely.

"hehehe....." Nithran said as red crystals appeared all over his body, turning his horns into crystals and making two large crystals appear on his shoulders. It more or less formed armor. "You...won't interfere....anymore!" He said as he shot a large crystal at her.

Lu didn't have the time to swear as she was going to, she only just dodged the crystal that flew at her and it smashed behind her. She then looked at War once again, hoping that Nithran would be OK before she took a deep breath and let out a wave of fire across the floor, hoping to distract War so she could scarper.

War blew off the flames with a cone of red energy. "Please..." He said as he teleported behind her and began to form large crystals from the ground as a rope lowered, showing off dragons that were bound and looked scared. He shot a tentacle into one and drained it until it was a lifeless husk and he crackled with energy as he swirled the crystal he had around very swiftly.

Lu jumped back and the crystal grazed the front of her chest. It felt like a burning sensation to Lu and she did her best not to cringe; if she did and she hesitated War would finish her off.
She wished there was something she could do for the poor dragons that were being held captive, but right now escape was the main thing. Again, she tried to run for the door that was the exit.

Nithran formed crystals in front of the door and made it impossible to escape, "NO ESCAPING!" He shouted as he appeared in front of her and flew at her with his right arm covered in sharp crystals and intended to impale her.

Lu twisted her body in a way that meant her gave he a glancing blow on her left shoulder.
It hurt.
The skin across her shoulder was ripped open and the red energy the crystals seemed to be producing created a sharp burning sensation. She staggered backwards, clutching her arm. She gave a small growl before jumping up and hanging upside down on the ceiling and letting loose another burst of fire.

Nithran dodged the attack as he shot multiple smaller crystals at her. It seemed impossible that his frail body could handle all of what he was doing.

The fire she had aimed at him the first time hit the crystals he had erected in front of the door, but she didn't have the time to look to see if they were destroyed as she dodged all of the crystals before shooting fire at War again.
