Re: DDR?

lol, now I'm on area C, one song all the arrows are in one row, on another they are fish, and then on the last song I tried, you had to hit the spaces where there WEREN'T arrows. O_O

Re: DDR?

Yeah, those were evil. I have only one I didn't complete, and it was one where you press where there were no arrows. I mean, what's the point of that? It won't help you get any better at playing the game.

Re: DDR?

I got the new DDR game today. It's interesting. There's a new rating system, so far it looks a like a pretty good game. And what I found funny was it has the song "U Can't Touch This" in it. XD

I can't really find any songs I like, though. Too much Japanese pop. =P[/sub]

Re: DDR?

Yes, it's a remix of the song... Butterfly is annoying. XD

Me and Stormy have been unlocking songs like crazy now. Hopefully we'll get all of them soon.

Re: DDR?

[sub]USD? Really?

We were going to order it online (DDR will have to link to the site; I don't remember what it was), and it was $29.99 there too. DON'T buy it for $50. =P

Re: DDR?

DDR has a bunch of tecno - odd stuff
on that game. But on the other side,
I listen to rock music, and it is very
out of place to dance to rock music. I
mean Crossfade, Van Halen, Aerosmith,
etc. But DDR is pretty fun, movement
wise. Dance on, brother.

Re: DDR?

I've played it once or twice, and to be completely honest, I'm not coordinated enough to do it right. Besides, I prefer guitar hero because it pertains to my taste in music rather than techno poop bull.

Re: DDR?

Yeah, the music choice in DDR isn't the best. I love the game though. Once I get to the hard songs I really don't care what it sounds like long as it's not some annoying Japanese Pop song. The new game that came out made the music more diverse; they still have some crappy songs, but I just avoid those.

Re: DDR?

DDR is moving more mainstream these days, especially on console versions. I liked the j-pop stuff more, so I'm slowing disassociating from DDR. IMO, dancing to Fallout Boy is crappy to me. I was crazy into DDR about 4-5 years ago.

Re: DDR?

[sub]The one Fallout Boy song they had in SuperNova wasn't that bad. I don't really listen to the music as much as I pay attention to the steps I'm doing, and that one had a fun step pattern IMO.  [/sub]

Re: DDR?

That's true. I didn't realize Fall Out Boy was on there. DDR_Maniac, A new DDR game already came out? Wow, there's a lot of DDRs now.

Re: DDR?

Yeah, DDR X was the tenth anniversary game. I think that makes....7 DDR games for the PS2 alone.

Exactly. The music means something, but the step patterns are more important to me.
