Have any of you read The Fire Within (book 1), Ice Fire(book 2), Fire Star (book 3), or The Fire Eternal (book 4)? if so, this is the place to talk about it. I'm on page 24 in Fire Star (paperback). I'de love to know all the Chris D lacey fans!

I read Fire within and almost finished Fire stare. Funny its sitting right beside me but never could finished it so i started to read a new book. Don't give up if it gets a little confusing but let me know if you are having a hard time reading it. Pm me if you get stuck perhaps we could help each other out on understanding it. The name of the thunder clan leader is named Fire star which is the name of the second book of the series. I just have to say that this proves the point that it does not matter if there is similarities between books.

Here is a good point made on this forum but i cant remember who so i will just restate their opinion since i totally agree " since when did an author come up with their own ideas". More on this on the Eragon subject on this forum but here is a link for you lazy guys. "no offense to anyone".

I have the forth. In the Introduction it says David has a daughter! David get married! But to who? Too bad I had just started to read fire star. I wanna skip ahead but i can't. So far my fave is Fire star! big_smile

Is the author making a conscious effort to make the corniest-titled books every produced?

If so, I'd say he's doing a pretty good job.
