Is there any persons, who have fun whit this? xD
i mean RPG maker 2k, 2k3, XP, VX, anyone xD
is there any scripter, or other stuff write there xD

Fimnd RPG Maker XP (or RPG Tsukuru XP, same but in hapanese 
)
This program is the best RM for me.
There are standard graphcics, options, etc.
You have completed script.
but more fun is place you graphics and new scripts, changing gamplay etc.
Ease-to-learn thing ^^
one hard thing is Ruby (the script language what this program uses.)
but don't worry, there many sites with tutrials. Maaaany ^^
Oh, its a 640x480 2D graphics, it compatibily with PNG, BMP, JPEG, MP3, MIDI, OGG.
No GIF, AVI.
There is a possibleness to throw some avi's in this, but you must have the script, what enables it ^^
