Is graphics, realism and gaming consoles and stuff dying?
Just in terms of improving on stuff. I remember as a kid having a PS1 how cool these games were. And was amazed at how good the graphics were on PS2. Just wondering what you think?

Well for 1, gaming is becoming a lot more serious in modern day world with E-Sports and such. Also expectations for game developers are a lot higher since people don't want the same gameplay repeated, meaning a lot of newer developers are finding it hard to get their games into the industry.

I don't think any of it is really dying to be honest, it's definitely improving.
I have changed my username from Justin Long Fanatic to EricChristianOlsenFanatic, so Justin Long Fanatic is my old name on this site, and EricChristianOlsenFanatic is my new one.

Re: Is graphics, realism and gaming consoles and stuff dying?
Games these days actually seem to be focusing more on looks/artwork rather than developing high-quality gameplay. Especially in Russian games. Because, apparently, pretty looks are more important than quality gameplay.
Lower detail = Higher gameplay quality
Higher detail = Lower gameplay quality
Game developers that work on both of these qualities put in a lot of careful and hard work into the final product, which is less common but really stands out to gamers.
