Speedway Troubles

It's not an issue finishing a race before time expires but theres orbs that need to be collected and I don't have the slightest idea where they are. It's the speedways in Autumn Plains and Winter Tundra. Any help would be great.

the purple one, whatever its name is - go to where the birds (forget what they are) are - in one of the waterfalls to the right is a room with a guy.

icy speedway - charge the igloo.

canyon speedway - go to where the vultures are. around the top of the walls in that area is Hunter with an airplane.

Okay now I've got an issue in Mystic Marsh. The part where the professor needs a pin. Anyone able to help me with that? Then I'll have beat the entire game as well.
