Custom Titles

I think that members should be able to have cutom titles, the little saying under their name. I found those fun to do on other forums.

He means like, under your name you could write a personal message about yourself. Kind of like a signature. It would be optional, of course.

What is trying to be said is that you can give yourself a little nickname underneath your username. Like, instead of the standard "Spyro Senior" title you have now, you could call yourself something like "Dirty Tiger" or "Ripto's Slave" or something like that - it's just a bit of personal flair, that's all.

I would still force the regular ranks amung you, but above it you might be able to put in a title... maybe.

Regular Rank can still be placed.
Custom Title is placed below Rank system.

But I am not so sure.. Does phpbb support that kind of mode?

Most forums have a system of it built into them. But, also, most forums only allow members with only significant post count or forum staff to have their own custom rank.

hmm...

Well, the ONLY reason I do not want to do this is because sometimes I screw up when I program in PHP. Im not a very efficient php programmer, but I can program in php.

One day I will add them the answer is YES, but I do not have a time when I will add them.

Is that ok?
