He starts shakin his groove thing if you don't do anything for long enough in ANB and TEN.
It's kinda obvious but... whatever. It's funny.

if you leave Spyro alone for a little while and don't do anything, he starts dancing. It's pretty funny.

You mean where he looks to the left, right, then behind? That's called looking around. I've left the game idle for ten minutes before and haven't seen Spyro "dance".
