Losing gems

Whenever a friend and I post in the Spam forum, we seem to lose ten gems. May you please look into this?

Re: Losing gems

Great, now I have 22.
EDIT: Ah, every time we post there we always lose gems. So its not a bug.

Re: Losing gems

Well, I hope this can be fixed soon. I was planning on spending my gems on a new signature but it looks like I can't until this is fixed.

Re: Losing gems

You don't have to spend gems. Go in Spyro Art Request Forum and ask.
And its not a glitch.

Re: Losing gems

Just because it's always been like that that doesn't prevent it from being a glitch.

Re: Losing gems

Let's just wait until a mod or Spyrorocks posts here.

Re: Losing gems

He'll probably say: "It is not a glitch. It happens every time you post in the SPAM Forum." Or something. :-|

Re: Losing gems

Its not a glitch or a bug, I Hardcoded the forum to take gems away for posts in the spam forum.

Re: Losing gems

It's main use, as Spyrorocks stated, is to encourage members not to go nuts in the Spam forum and let things get out of hand. In the long run, the gem penalty is not major, but it's enough to let people know to post sparingly.
