thats horrable Ohhh*cries in the corner as the t.v. sits there* yea that is a bad way to die when i here things like that it make me want to really say i wish he got more elp but to bad he didnt know better at only 10 very young an the shows can be very adictive like online to cause i heard 2 yrs ago*i thinK* that a 18 yr old shot him self casue of a computer game i think it was war somthing but people do need a balance of reality an anime just like bullieing my scholl as a whole have has at least8 of them already cause of people killing them selves onwhat they see on t.v. an what their friends say to do like the girl whos friends told her the theme of the day was to shoot her self an she did horrable what happens

Thing is though, at 10 years old he should know better. If he was like, um, 5 years old, I would understand. But by a decade into your life, you should already know that burying face first = suffocation = death.

Goes to show how much violent TV shows can destroy even the priceless of things.

The boy isn't matured enough even to watch Naruto. Even if he IS of 13 years of age, actually age doesn't matter when it comes to maturity in our generation.

Yes... I know. My migration to Canada was scarred by a death of a schoolmate (shot with a gun, no less.), two stabbing incidents (ugh!) and one person who followed me asking for money (Furiously begging... I thought he's gonna hurt me.). He was kinda scary... I still keep a level head over these things.

Anyway... Just stop thinking of it for a while.

I disagree. Those that are simply corrupted by visual sublimation are NOT forced to be. It was their choice to be corrupted, and anime companies have no intention for this. All they want is to give entertainment for the audience. The better they give out, the more money they receive, and thus both sides still benefit.

Tell me. If stories that include violence were not made, then that includes also the legends and of course, HISTORY. If those didn't exist, where the hell would people get the idea to make games of the MILD content? E.G. There are a lot of games that take animals into account. Now we KNOW that there are a lot of morbid things going on even in this side. With the games depicting them, it just means that the company who made those games KNOWS the concept between the violence of the creatures, and they keep it either as MILD or as EXPLICIT as much as they want to.

Haven't you seen the notes that include "No [insert specie here] were harmed during the making of this book/game/story"? That just means that they do NOT become violent with the real world. They base off everything that is there in shows/books/games from their knowledge and creativity, but they would NEVER intend to make it realistic. Hell, if they were violent in the first place, then their lives would already have been trash since the very beginning and the thing they work on won't even exist.

It is upon the person VIEWING OTHER PEOPLE'S IDEAS to re-enact it on him/herself. How others act is not the responsibility of the company. Each person has their own free will, and they cannot control others. It is then, that it is the SELF FAULT that led to this calamity.

You may be thinking now that "Washroo you're only doing this to protect Naruto!". Well, I'll state a fact for you. I HATE NARUTO. IT'S THE ONLY ANIME I WAS DISGUSTED AT. TO BE HONEST EVEN HAMTARO >>>>> NARUTO. When it comes to debatable issues, I do not biase myself. I look at facts and faith, instead of rationalizing random thoughts just to protect my side. If I see that I do not have a factual or good enough respond, then I will just remain silent. But in this case, no. I WILL reply. Why? Because this is the 58th issue I've read about subliminal messages on kids. I myself, have been playing violent games ever since I was 5 years old, and I knew blood even before I knew skin. But why am I alive, then? I need not to answer this.

No its not that sociaty has killed some one, the kids were to young to know that you cant breath under sand, plus they were still to young and stupied to know not to imitate cartoons.

I could say it's a matter of how the person's psychology. Kids are easily manipulated and once you set them that way, it will "lock in."

this truly very sad, but he shouldnt have done it. his friends shouldnt have buried him headfirst. if he didnt die he would have broken his neck. he probly did both. i truly give sympathy. :'(

yea your right i was kinda avoiding saying it cause then it looks like the parents fault for not teaching him not to do as seen on t.v. kinda like those shows that dont say do ever try this at home ever they should really i htink be on all shows cause if a 10 yrs old can reenact a cartoon show why not a 7 or 9 11 or 6 just like in powerrangers my cousin watches it a kicks stuff an dosem some things that he sees in the show but his mom yells at him for it though (:) o_O
