Steel:Let me teach you how to pull off feints.

Dusty:What's a feint?

Steel:It's a trick attack meant to get the opponent to bring their guard elsewhere. Well, let's get started.

OOC:Steel is the local town armorer. He also trains Dusty sometimes and backs him in the arena.

OOC:Yeah, but it's not very useful in Pokemon D/P. Only worth using if your opponent is a type that likes Protect.

*Steel puts the last of Dusty's armor on and he goes into the arena*

Opponent:You won't defeat my speed!

*Dusty charges at the opponent but misses and gets hit in the leg*

Opponent:You won't lay a scratch on me.

Dusty:I think I can.

*Dusty attempts to slash his opponent several times with his tail but misses*

Opponent:I'm going to finish you now.

Dusty:I'd like to see you try!

*Dusty pretends to attack the opponent's side, sees the opponent dodge, and knocks out his opponent with one hit of his paw*

Dusty:That was simple enough.

*Dusty goes through the arena gates*
