my gess is a Celestial dragon or an dragon egg that can controll all four elements with no trouble kinda like spyro. because what seems to be symboles on random spots that look like elements

YOU NAILED IT Dragon Protector! She can but there are a few that she can master that spyro can't:

Air
Time and Space (phycic)
Water
Plants and Lava (in Earth)

And elemental Emotions, For every Emotion there is an Element, If a storm dragon feels the following the weather is change to the correct Element:
Fire(Hot) heatwave
Wind(Excited) hurricane
Phycic(frustrated) Zero Gravity
Water (Upset) Rain
Earth (in combat) earthquake
Ice (cold or unloved) Snow
Lightning (angry) Lightning
Darkness (death without sucsession *no heir*) Darkness falls
Light (?) Don't know yet

This is her in the first story

But later on there is somthing that can change her whole life and her powers
