Riddle Me this!

Darn, that is one of the EASIEST riddles that anyone can think of, really.

Humans.

I am very sure about my answer so I'd rather ask already.

I fly at high heights, but I am not lightweight.
I am organic, but I'm rarely found.
I use poison to extend temperature limits,
and my teeth sparkles the poison in my nose.
Many legends told of my existence,
and many believe that I don't exist.
But I am majestic, no matter what you do,
and humans hunt me in jealousy and lust for power.
I am what you see in your dreams,
and I live in the holes you find in the far away places.
I take pleasure in snatching jewels,
and I kill anyone who takes them away from me.

Alive without breath,
as cold as death,
never thirsty, ever drinking,

Guessing: 1.) You can't have one, LOL. A house can't be enclosed by walls that is only facing in one direction, and a house is an enclosed building of walls.
2.) It's around you? LOL.
3.) Behind you, heh.
4.) It's located where you are! Heh.
