The 2nd theif? Is he the one in the 3rd area where you go up the stairs (the only way to get to him :S) and he shoots you? Cuz that's where I am. Also, in the 2nd area (the park), I can never find all of the kittens to bring back to that woman's home. I hate the way they just walk right back out the house when you find them and put them there! Darn kittens should be shot! :S lol

yeah the 2nd theif that's in the 3rd bit ,i can help you with the kittens
wait until it's clear and you can see then get pther dog get the cats chuck em at the bach of the house also each time you get a kitten chuck em back again and get the furthest ones 1st

The part I'm unsure about is where you go up those stairs in Area 3 and that guy shoots you as soon as he sees you. I tried it with the local dog of that area, but the same thing still happened.

i can't to that also Ember can you help us or are you stuck to if you are here's a glitch: i did the cheat menu(square3X hold square3X fart/poo)I did the 2nd last cutscene the i saw jake on a white floor(i could hear the peole talkin then in the distance i saw a city!(i couldn't move around only the camera worked sad ) then this HUGE blue patch came closer until the screen went blue but i could still see jake o_O weird huh?!then i had to restart the PS2

I thought it might be that bit you were stuck on. You have to steal his swag don't you? You have to be the greyhound cos its fast. Then you go on the pavement in front of him and bark, don't stop! Slowly move to the left of the building, still barking, and around the corner.Keep going until you reach the second corner. The bandit is following you on the balcony you see? If he says pipe down or something like that you know hes following you. Now when you get to the second corner quickly run all the way back, up the stairs and grab his swag. You have to stop barking when you begin to run. OK ;D
