I think Hes half...Cuse hes like my sister. She takes my money, and doesnt give it back untill x-mas. Money bags takes spyros gems and doesnt give them back untill the end of the game.

I love it when you get to chase down Moneybags in The Year of the Dragon and you can take back all your gems. It is so fun.
And yeah, the part in Ripto's Rage ( Gateway to Glimmer) where Moneybags is saying he'd give Ripto a piece of his mind is funny. Ripto comes up behind him on Gulp and goes " Boo." and Moneybags falls off the ledge. ripto
