Long ago I once walked these ancient halls. Dust covers the threads I once frequented. As memory recalls SR once lived in Canada. I remember the day Stormy was promoted to Admin. So many friends long since faded to the winds of time. But some return just as i have.

I'm very unsure people actually remember me around here (if around at all), I used to be a quite avid user of this forum, usually active in Roleplaying topics and SPAM yet hanging around in some regular topics too. Got really into narrative and storywriting on here and my time on the Spyro Forums has honestly been a great, memorable time with a really warm, kind and enjoyable community that I sincerely regret leaving. I still remember a lot of users around here, too!

Some senselessly deep stuff, and probably TMI: I left the official topics years and years ago simply due to inactivity at the time, and then I seemingly permanently abandoned this website due to some highly personal reasons that have impacted my view on being a part of this community way more than it ever should have (not any of your collective faults, mind ye). Almost a decade later you guys have been somewhere in the back of my mind, but those same reasons somehow held me back still. Mainly thanks to the Reignited Trilogy, my ever-burning passion for Spyro the Dragon has been, pardon the pun, reignited, and with it I finally decided that it was about time to stand up for myself and break that emotional barrier that held me back and join y'all once again. I'm not letting past demons get to me and prevent me from being here. A true Dragon stands proud and manages to face their problems, whatever time or effort it takes.

And so here I am, once again, ready to kick some Gnorc butt and join the Dragon Realms once more. Doubtless over the past decade we've all grown, but despite the fact that I have gradually turned into the game designing self-proclaimed Dragon that I am today, my dedication and appreciation towards both Spyro and his community will always remain ever strong.

It's a shame to see how the lack of activity in general on these forums still remains a problem, and honestly I'm surprised we're still standing. Hopefully the Reignited Trilogy will possibly help bring some more Spyro fans together here and breathe some life into these realms. Regardless of all that, though, and regardless of whoever cares or remembers me, I'm really glad to be back, and will be hanging around here every now and then to talk Spyro, play Spyro, have some fun, and heck, if the stars align perhaps there are still some RP people around. They added a lot more personality to the original trilogy after all. Who knows! I'm just happy to be back regardless of the circumstances, and very glad this place is still out there! gem

Fortunately, the smallness of the community has a bright side: everyone knows everyone else here, so we can easily change that. smile Welcome back. Thanks for the warm welcome! I'll get around to join the Discord server soon then. I've always found these forum boards a really nice and comfortable platform though, I'm glad that despite the low activity you still decided to keep it up well over a decade later.
I'm afraid I barely recognise your name, Twingo, but then again you did register at about the point that I left, so I feel we missed each other by a hair. No time like the present though! Hi!

And yeah ISLS, it's been long overdue and you can't imagine how happy I am to be back. It's like I've missed out on a place I belonged to, for a decade; wish I'd returned earlier. Good to see some well-known faces still stuck around!
