This hair should be forbidden

I don't know if this exist other places. But from my country, this is the hair that is a sign of a male acting like a feminized spaz.
Ever since we came out of the 90s, our society has become more and more feminized, i am just wondering if this hair has infected your country aswell, or if its just mine.

Re: This hair should be forbidden

well, to answer your question, yes, this hairstyle exists in the USA. i can't say if it's more common among any specific personality type, because i don't often see people with it. and i don't talk to very many people in the first place.

but now i have a question of my own. and i know you get this question a lot on here, and normally i don't like to get involved, but this time, i need to ask: ... what??

Oh, the undercut? I don't think that example is actually that bad. It only starts looking really ridiculous when they leave it really long on top and then comb it over to one side.
