The games in the 90s made having guns more or less interesting, Tomb Raider 1 was such fun game to explore. FPS games is just... nawt.

back in 2007, i tried making a Spyro game. i never finished it, but it was interesting. i took a sample "game" (an FPS), and just changed the appearance. i put pictures of forests on the walls so it looked like a forest, etc.
and being an FPS game, you of course had a gun. what i did was, i just replaced the gun with drawings of "flame breath". but i didn't even change the sound, lol. so every time Spyro would flame something, you'd hear a gunshot.
so for a short time, Spyro, and guns, were one and the same.
