I know nothing about this show except for the fact that one of my roommates watched it, and I could here a laugh track almost every 10 seconds.

there's a commercial for this playing where the blonde girl is wearing a black dress and she's all "this is a number i wore to get out of speeding tickets and jury duty!" and then the laugh track comes in. GET IT? because she's physically attractive! wow, just hilarious! and she's talking about how she used her appearance to avoid stuff! this is the funniest thing ever.

the funniest thing about the show is how every time i see a clip for it it seems that the characters are just having a normal conversation with no humor in it, but the laugh track is still going.

This is sadly common in media nowadays. The worst is when ladies actually try to pull this stuff in real life. And sometimes it works.
