Rocksmith 2014
Last month, i bought that game, and it even comes with an accessory that let's you plug in a real, actual guitar. i also owned the original Rocksmith, which is okay at first, but the 2014 is better because it has real amps (Marshall JCM800, Orange Tiny Terror, etc), and there's even a setting that let's you switch from lead guitar, to rhythm guitar, and even bass.

James from Extra Credits actually recommends this game. I don't know about you, but it makes me want to pick up a real guitar again and shove Guitar Hero out the window.
