Why are Tales Of (...) games so expensive?? ;_______________;
This topic is mainly adressed to Stormy and Lambda, 'cause they've got some experience in the subject.
First things first:
I reviewed the old thread where I asked for people's recommendations for PS3 games, and Stormy came up with Tales of (...) series. So yeah, I googled, they seemed really cool.
And then I checked the games on PS Store and died almost to death. (lel)
For example:
Tales of Xillia 2 - 200PLN (which equals 50$)
Tales of Symphonia was about 160PLN (40$)
...and yeah, I don't have that money.
So I'll cut to the chase:
Do you know any web stores or whatever where I can get those games for a better price?
Never ask what I'd do for a klondike bar. No one wants to go down that road.

That tends to be around what new games usually cost, though, no? That's why I buy my games used or wait for them to drop in price. (I make an exception for this series because I want them to continue importing them here, though.
)
Symphonia Chronicles and Xillia 2 came out relatively recently, so maybe trying an older game would be cheaper? The first Tales of Xillia would be a few years old by now, as would Graces f (although I don't recommend that one as much).
EBay is usually a good place to buy cheap stuff, but I don't know the specifics about how many sellers would ship to your location.

Thanks a bunch ![]()
Also - Idk if you know this game, but I also thought about Fairy Fencer F (when the price drops (200PLN by now)) because I really like Fang's attitude for life (the main character) and overall the storyline.
I can honestly suggest checking it out, looks really promising ![]()

No problem, hope it helps.
I remember hearing about that game and thinking it sounded like something I would like. Just looked it up, and it hasn't been getting the best of reviews... but most of the games I like have gotten similar ratings, so that doesn't necessarily mean anything to me. ![]()

Most Xbox games (or big popular games in general) I've seen usually start out at about $50 to $60 USD.

Tales of Xillia 1 and 2 are both pretty cheap online. I can find them for about $20-$30 USD on Amazon and even Gamestop, but I guess it might be different in your region. I highly recommend Xillia 1 at least if you can get your hands on it. (I haven't played 2 yet since I'm poor as *bleep*)

I know that pain ;///
And the only options I see here are to get a single download from PS Store for 30PLN (about 7,5$)
or to get a new unused one for about the same price as ToX2

As for what I've seen. Most of the games are regular prince like 50 or 60. From places I've visited but those are some Gamestops and EB Games. Notable places hope you get a cheap game. Edge good luck.
