Steam/Origin Games You Bought Lately...
Just this month (December 2014), I bought these three Steam games:

I had this for PS3 since November, but I decided that it'd be more worth my time on the PC, since there's mods. I play the Argonian race, because *bleep* LAND! I mean, I know that most of the quests take place on land, but why take it on the ground when you can breathe underwater? Seriously though, the fact that there's very little enjoyable underwater parts of the game kind of disappointed me, but the least of things is that there'll be other things to look forward to, especially with the mods.

You can kind of call me a motor head if you want to. I haven't played it yet, but I like going fast. Something about car racing games -- mostly the exhilaration of the fast-paced competition -- just makes me like them so much, and I kind of need something that takes my mind off the slightly unresponsive handling in Shift 2 Unleashed. Seriously, WTF Slightly Mad and EA?! It may seem like a small concern, but have you ever thought that someone would have wanted to break their game just because of a steering mishap that drove them into an unrecoverable corner? Well, I hope Grid's more worth my time.

That's right. I finally bought one of the funniest pieces of *bleep* to ever exist as a video game. When AAA aren't enough to satisfy, this game will bring satisfaction to all who crave narrative comedy, or just those who like jokes in general. I honestly can't believe I didn't get this sooner. Maybe it would have been worth bothering my mother for this game, but I GOT GIFT CARDS, so *bleep* IT! I can't wait to try it!
What games have you gotten lately?

Re: Steam/Origin Games You Bought Lately...
Been too busy playing my Wii U to game on PC. :]
I'm always lurking the Steam Sales, but then I remember I have a low-mid range laptop, and I probably won't ever have time to play them anyway.

I just got Star Wars Empire at War. I like Star Wars and I like strategy games so it was a good fit. I want to get Valkyria Chronicles too, I know it was on sale last week but I'm waiting for it to go even further on sale

Re: Steam/Origin Games You Bought Lately...
I actually slowly got all of the valve games over time. I once saw the complete pack for $20, didn't matter though, I already had all of them. I own so many steam games that most sales are irrelevant :<
I'm not sorry if I offended you.

Friendly warning coming from a bit of personal experience: those sales add up and your money will start to disappear pretty rapidly if you're not careful.
That being said, I've always wanted to play Psychonauts, seems like a fun 3D platformer

I can confirm this. Also, Loco, the rule with steam sales is NEVER buy something unless said thing is a flash sale, community choice, or daily deal, OR if it's the last day of the sale. This is because the normal sales will stay until the end of the whole sale, which in this case is the 6th of January, I think. This can be backed by that you said you bought the Valve Complete Pack for 50 dollars, whereas today, I saw it going for $25. Be a bit more careful with the sales; follow these rules, and your gaming hunger will be satisfied, and your wallet will be as well.
I'm not sorry if I offended you.

Well, luckily, I've already purchased all the games I wanted. Besides, I'm using gift card money. I'm not an adult yet, but Even though I can save the money for other things, I really don't want to wait to use it. You know what else I was going to use that stuff for? FL Studio plugins.

A bit of advice: even though it's easy to spend now, you will be wanting your money later. Digital games are especially bad since you don't even really own them. They hold no value after purchase and can't be sold. And with Steam sales you can go overboard, but Flapjacks and Lambda have already said that. But yeah, enough of that, just trying to help.
I always find it ironic when I see the title: "You Need a Budget" among the games in the Steam sale though. ![]()

That's why I don't spend a cent on games I know I'll never play. :\

Well, I always find it nice to have an extra 10 dollars or so left on a gift card just because things might go on sale later.
Oh, and the sale ends on the 2nd. I got it mixed up with the day I go back to school.
