And reset the settings to default. But i cant mod or soldering computer components.... sorry.

Try bios settings
It was nothing to do with the bios or whatnot XD
The card (PCB is black so cannot see from rough visual) had burn marks around the Chokes for the VRM's but all is good and replaced now (XFX set me the pic of their close inspection)
