E3 2014

So the biggest video gaming convention is right around the corner anything you looking forward too?

For me all the info about Super Smash Bros for Wii U/3DS especially with Smashfest and The Super Smash Bros Invitational, and The Q&A with Director Masahiro Sakurai. Plus info about X and Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be great!

So all that Nintendo news is going to rock! Sony with things like Far Cry 4 and maybe the new Uncharted will be cool!

As Microsoft Halo a Guardians will be shown hopefully and will be good!

Re: E3 2014

I still want someone to go to EA's booth and tell them to stop rush-releasing games and making good titles look crap from the buggy un-organised mess.

Re: E3 2014

Never really paid that much attention to E3. I've been hearing some interesting rumors about Crash Bandicoot, though, so I might pay a little attention just for that. tongue

Re: E3 2014

yeah, i don't really pay attention to E3. i always hear a little bit about it, but to me it always feels like it's happening on a different planet or something. interesting that mentions of Crash Bandicoot are coming up lately.

i don't even want to think about going to it physically or something o_o' all those people.

E3 looks kind of like :3 with closed eyes.

Re: E3 2014

ahhh E3, I never get everything I want, I once had this HUUUUGGEEEE list of games and things I wanted to see at E3 one year (I think it was the year White Knight Chronicles was coming out) and guess what I got, one trailer, one trailer out of my list! D:

:-p

But here is what I'd like

Dragon Age inquisition Trailer (JUST ONE MOAR)
Uncharted 4 news (trailer maybe? Or first look)
Sims 4 realise date (also confirmation on if we have a colour wheel or not)
The Order 1886 news
Sly Cooper sequel (the 4th did have a cliffhanger!)
Some JRPGS for the PS4 (My unicorn wish is for a Dragon Quest or Ni no kuni sequel :-p)
Pupeteer sequel is my second Unicorn wish...

I never wanted to go, just because of the crowd. Why pay a bunch of useful money to get stuck around people who are loud and make the air so musty...

Re: E3 2014

I'm really only looking forward to hearing about Uncharted 4 and MGS V this year (and the new Crash if the rumors are true. Maybe the new Zelda, but at the same time not really, as I don't plan on getting a WiiU.

Last second thought: Star Wars Battlefront as well.

Re: E3 2014

I'll be happy to see anything new and interesting on the Wii U or 3DS. I'm certainly not planning on getting a PS4 (and have no interest in Xbone) anytime soon. Smash Bros news is always exciting, and I'm hoping Nintendo has some big games to reveal so I don't feel like I wasted my money on the Wii U. The new Zelda title might finally have some information, and I'm hoping they've been keeping a Metroid game under wraps too. With MK 8 helping Wii U sales, I think that now would be a great time for them to hype up what's up and coming for the system.

All I want to see is a new Spyro game.

If that doesn't happen, then - *brick'd*

Re: E3 2014

Chance that there may be a new Crash game shown: 0.01-10%
Chance that there may be a new Spyro game shown other than Skylanders: 0%

The original and Legend series have both moved on. What's wrong with just enjoying and reliving what's already available?

Re: E3 2014

there should definitely be more. i'm not even a gamer, the old Spyros are the only things that keep me interested in video games anymore. it's a series worth continuing.
almost anything is possible in theory, though i must say i wouldn't be surprised if no new games came out... they're clearly happy with the new ones.

Re: E3 2014

Considering that Aonuma said that he will talk more about Zelda U at E3, and Nintendo saying that they were considering showing it last year, I think more information on that is a lock. I would prefer a Wind Waker-style Zelda U, but that won't happen because Nintendo needs to sell consoles, and a cartoony Zelda wouldn't do that for them. Nintendo needs Zelda U to generate a lot of buzz. I still think it's possible for a winter release for the game since they announced Super Mario 3D World last year and released it in the winter. Zelda has been in the works for a lot longer than that.

Sony has the opportunity to surprise me with a new Crash Bandicoot game, but I doubt there would be much more than a teaser for that. Square Enix has confirmed their incompetence at everything by saying there won't be information on Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts 3 at E3. It's utterly absurd that a game announced eight years ago won't release until a decade later.

All I want from Sony and Microsoft are some games that aren't generic first-person shooters. There are already far too many of them. I already own a Wii U, but whichever company gives me that one really unique game will get my money. I'm usually a Playstation guy, and am leaning towards the PS4, but if Microsoft shows something really good, I'll get an Xbox One (with Kinect) without hesitation. Brand loyalty is silly.

Re: E3 2014

I know I complain about this all the time, but... your last paragraph is basically the reason why I'm not getting any new consoles. Aren't there enough generic shooters already? Aren't there even enough of the more creative ones? I used to enjoy going to video game stores and looking at what they had, but now it's just depressing.

I don't even care about the Wii U, the only console that's not obsessed with shooters, because they haven't made anything I care about yet, either.

Re: E3 2014

There is this new game they will probably announce at Microsofts called sunset overdrive and it looks like a fun game and not just a generic shooter.\

(Not letting me edit my post again "No data recieved" <-- Chrome)
But then again I did just take out my Xbox 360's harddrive and now its in my laptop that my dad gave me running windows 7.

Re: E3 2014

Stormy just reminded me of the days when I used to go to the stores looking at the ps1 games. As the time went, they were being replaced by ps2 games. I remember asking the shop assistant over and over if they already have Dawn of the dragon until they finally had it big_smile
