i don't understand most modern comedy.

it seems like a bunch of goofing off or inappropriate jokes that should be funny but somehow aren't, or that "it's funny because it's true" kind of stuff, but without the "funny" part. or it's cultural references like the Windows Vista thing, oh it's funny because a lot of people didn't like that version of Windows, hahaha!

yeah, The Big Bang Theory *never* looked funny to me. i don't really want to watch it enough to understand jokes that are only funny in the show's context.
