Annoying Pets
My cats keep jumping on tables and eating garbage, and I've just about had it! XD
Just wondering what kind of annoying things everyone else's pets do.

Re: Annoying Pets
Ohh yeah, mine used to do that, too. Cute, but annoying when you're trying to sleep.
We just don't let them in the bedroom anymore.

Re: Annoying Pets
Hahaha ![]()
I was sad about it at first, but it's worth it when it also keeps them from climbing on me at 3 AM.

Re: Annoying Pets
Where to get started ...
As much as I love our kitten, it:
- climbs up our legs with its claws
- jumps on our laps to reach higher places *coughfoodcough*
- smells like Satan after it goes in the litter box
- plays in the litter box, throwing the rocks all over the floor.
Still, all of those are worth dealing with because that cat is just so cute cool.

Re: Annoying Pets
My cats are not allowed upstairs (they poop on the carpets -.-) but they always try to run up! Every chance they get they sneak up! Then they waltz into your room as if they own the place!
Abe the youngest cat once just walked in, meowed and strutted under my bed! The cheeky bum!

My cat keeps licking plastic packagings
he takes it from trash. It gets really annoying when he does it while I am sleeping.
Also, peeing on the floor is kinda annoying ![]()

Re: Annoying Pets
I've noticed just about every post here is directed towards cats. Even my own. Our dog is multiple times more annoying, most of it being barking. Sometimes I want to cut its tongue out, it gets that loud and annoying.
My snake, though, has never done anything to annoy me. *heart* It is very quiet, very peaceful. Doesn't go for biting unless it is very hungry. People are afraid of snakes, but after owning one I am finding them more gentle and peaceful than dogs, cats, and many other pets.

Re: Annoying Pets
Ugh, you would never hear the end of my complaints if I had a dog. They're loud and smelly and they jump all over you and lick your face.
I was going to type up something about how animals in cages aren't as annoying, but then I remembered my gerbils. They were supposed to sleep during the night, but they always played on their loudest toys when I was trying to sleep. They also escaped from their cages fairly often. Cleaning the cage was never fun, either.

Re: Annoying Pets
Don't have any pets to be annoyed by. :( But I definitely want to get a cat as soon as I stop moving around every year. I would probably adopt one that's already declawed so I don't have to worry about it messing up my stuff.

I remember one of my teacher's back in elementary school had a couple snakes in the classroom. I always thought they were the coolest thing. What kind of snake is it?

Re: Annoying Pets
Now I'm babysitting my moms friends guinea pig and all it does is waddle around, eat, sleep, poop, pee, then do the same thing over again. Its so fluffy it looks like a mop, and isnt annoying at all
My cat keeps pawing at it but its so unphased it just continues to eat
I worship this guinea pig
