Very important vote
One of my friends started a vote: Ulysses S. Grant or Theodore Roosevelt. He told all of his friends to vote for Ulysses (STUPID) and I'm telling mine to vote for Teddy (THE GOOD ONE VOTE FOR TEDDY YES)
Let's take a moment to plan this out. Ulysses S. Grant murdered a bunch of people. Theodore Roosevelt had a pet grizzly bear in the white house. I'll let you decide from there. (Hint: choose Teddy)
I'm not sorry if I offended you.

I'd vote based on actual politics, but I can't remember anything about history. ![]()

Ulysses only became president because of his status as a war hero, however everyone forgets that Roosevelt was also involved in war. However, Ulysses, overall, was a terrible president. Roosevelt was the coolest president ever, because:
1. THAT MUSTACHE
2. THOSE GLASSES
3. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST
4. HE HAD A PET BEAR
I'm not sorry if I offended you.

Not only was he INVOLVED in a war, he led the Rough Riders. I'd say that makes him win in my book

Re: Very important vote
Both very interesting historical characters but Roosevelt clearly should have the presidential edge since most of Grant's term was marred in controversy and poor choices of cabinet constituents while Roosevelt has the cleaner image. Grant was never the brainy type but he understood total warfare and that's what vaulted him to the top for a time.
