For the average person, the government shutdown is nothing to be worried about at all. Only the non-essential services, most of which I would argue don't really even need to be funded by the federal government in the first place, have stopped operating. This includes stuff like national parks and museums.

It does suck if you happen to be an employee of one of these non-essential services, though....

I think he means the checkboxes below the textbox when writing a post. I checked, though, and the option to disable BBCode isn't checked.

Edit: It doesn't look like the post options affect signatures.

I want my house to resign from the country and become the United House of
Swaffy and I will have a self-destruct backup plan in case someone decides to
bring socialism to my house. Everyone will love my house because it will be
awesome. Also, my backyard will have a 500mm confetti cannon.

Look. I don't want to move out of the country unless I have to, and the state
of our government is making me begin to think about moving to Canada. Or
Switzerland because I freaking love their firearm laws.

I'd move to New Zealand because they have much more freedom than the US (and hobbits)

Fairly certain America is much farther from being socialist than Canada is

Well Super Smash Bros for Wii U keeps tempting me to buy it's next year or when it comes Possible GamePad Play, multiple controls, Wii U exclusive stages, and dem graphics yes please but that plus it's making me love my GamePad and Wii U even more but 3DS Version is where it's at and with Sonic back going to be a blast!

Super Mario 3D World after seeing the latest Nintendo Direct might have to add it to wish list Bowser and his evil car plus everything else sweet!

Kirby 3DS coming oh yes please!

Yesterday I got a part of a melody from Spyro 2 stuck in my head. Turned out to be Canyon Speedway. Since yesterday evening it's been the Gnasty Gnorc boss level song. I never thought I'd enjoy that one so much :? (I don't "listen to music", so video game and movie soundtracks make up most of my mental music library)

The most recent news about TLoZ: A Link Between Worlds - being able to choose the order of at least a few dungeons - makes me finally want the game. I've also missed the classic Link!
