Why are loads of games coming out for the ps3 and so forth when the ps4 is out november? It just seems odd to me...

guess they are saving the best for last to squeeze as much money they can out of the ps3, but who cares? this looks awesome, i heard they are going more back to the classic R&C style with it. i hope that's true

Looks like they are, and thank goodness i'v been avoiding the recent storm of "spin-off" like games :-P

So basically, this series becomes so generic (Seriously, its very very very very very very generic now), and Insomniac leaves spyro and resistance for that very reason, but they continue with R&C? Really?

^ ...Have you ever considered that maybe you're just predisposed to hate this series because of this whole "leaving Spyro" nonsense that you're so irrationally bitter about? Yeah, they stopped making Spyro games. It happened, years ago, so it's about time to get over it now. -.- Maybe if you actually tried explaining some actual problems with it instead of making the same old irrelevant complaints about a dead series, people would take you more seriously.

But on to things that actually matter.... I'm glad they're releasing it on the PS3 because it means I'll get to play it tongue but I agree it doesn't really make much sense. The PS2 lasted a pretty long time after the PS3 came out, though, so maybe the PS3 is going to be like that, who knows. I'm pretty excited for this since there hasn't been a "proper" Ratchet and Clank game since A Crack in TIme.

Yeah, this is good news. big_smile Some people, including me, were thinking they might discontinue the series since they've been making all these unsuccessful spinoff games. I kind of thought the movie was going to be their way of "saying goodbye" to Ratchet and Clank.

I thought All 4 One could have been good if just a few things were fixed. But Ratchet and Clank is probably best left single player, anyway.

The movie is apparently supposed to be about the first game with "elements from the original series." Depending on which one comes first, though, maybe there could be hints in the movie. Do we have a release date for this game yet?

The game is gonna be an epilogue to the Future series. So expect it to take place after the two new ones but continue the story of Ratchet finding out about what happened to the Lombaxes from the future series.
