I just saw World War Z. Wow, that was intense. I highly reccomend it to those
who like infection/disease/zombie types of storylines. Two of my friends saw it
with me and we all really enjoyed it.
Have you read the book? It amazes me how the movie has like nothing to do with it.

I guess, but we always have blocks like this, like last year Fair-tales been retold in dark settings was a thing.
And Period Drama's on TV are becoming much more common since Downton Abby
I guess some just die down sooner than others, considering the Fair-tales been retold in darker settings seems to have quieted down...
That said yep zombies have made quite the comeback

Though that may be true, remember that movies are almost always different
than the books. How to Train Your Dragon, Eragon, Coraline, etc.
Book writers are far more creative than the movie industry.

Yes but I hear the World War Z movie takes the story to a whole new level of different. Like it has virtually nothing in common. We're not talking no Lord of the Rings cutting out Tom Bombadil here, we're talking why is the first Skylanders game called Spyro's Adventure.

I agree there, but somthings are changed in films for reson, like the whole tom thing guy in lord of the rings, reading that section i just thought, what is the point :-P
But over all i am never to fussed when it comes to adapting, changes are needed, however i can see why fanboys of the source would get irritated

I never read the book version of How To Train Your Dragon as a fan of the series this interests me!
Heard about flooding in Alberta hope life returns to normal and everyone can get back to enjoying their lives.

It's been a week since I last handled my snake, since it last ate. Now I tried to
bring it out and it's become quite hostile to me. It was in its tree rattling its tail
and acting very defensive. I tried to bring it out by holding its food in front of
it, but it snatched at the food (very fast) and sunk back into its tree where it
was originally. So instead of me feeding it in its normal feeding container, it's
feeding in its tree. This is why I need to be sure to handle it throughout the
week instead of leaving it alone...

Nope, getting golden girls on DVD and a art of dragon age book,(turns out I added the book it twice so it didn't cost me that much at all xD)
that and I have enought games at the moment (dead space 2 on PC, Oblivion on PC, New vegas on ps3 and still need to finish the secret Boss on Ni no Kuni.)

you know what i'm going to do? if i ever get a video game made, i'm going to have it available on ALL systems. i am sure i can work that out in a contract, somehow. i will make sure that versions are made for PS1s, Nintendos, Ataris, all that old stuff for which it seems nobody makes games anymore. if i can't get a studio to produce these, i will learn how to make games for those systems and release them myself.

I think the collection is only for a limited time though. Plus that art book looks baller. I already have all of the games(Except 4) but this is great for noobs.

ME3's ending isn't just bad because it's terribly written, contrived, nonsensical, ridden with plot holes and the same every single time, but it's also incredibly arrogant. Bioware stated that they were happy with the artistic direction of the ending and weren't planning on changing it despite the fact that the ending was pure garbage, it showed Bioware's true face. Then they released DLC that added to the ending so that it wasn't as terrible.
Bioware used to be such a good company, then they made Mass Effect. Compared to some of their earlier stuff, like Baldur's Gate, Mass Effect certainly isn't their strongest series. I don't hate Mass Effect and condemn it as the worst RPG series ever(that one belongs to Elder Scrolls), I just don't like it as much as I thought I would've. I case you're wondering what I think the best RPG ever made was: it's Planescape: Torment.

I thought the mass effect ending was just awful because it was just so similar despite the choices in the game made
