Already posted that here

If you look at what tweet that was replying to, you'll see it was actually replying to a fairly normal tweet- still in capital letters, but it said something along the lines of "you're doing great, don't let the haters get you down", although the Phil guy also mentioned that he'd spoken to xbox's twitter account quite a lot, suggesting they saw his more violent tweets, too. Whatever they're doing is just childish.
Perhaps it's a member of Microsoft rather than a fanboy of theirs'? Apparently EA tried to big up one of their games before in a different Twitter account so nobody knew it was them... but they accidentally sent the tweet from the EA Europe account...

Re: This is how immature Microsoft is.
That's just wow. Encourging this kind of behavior. I know the guy's a loyal Microsoft fan, I'm a loyal Nintendo and Sony fan I defend the companies and their consoles but I don't bash people for their options. I love Microsoft to and I hope the Xbox One suceeds but honestly.
Microsoft supporting this kind of stuff is just plain bad. I mean he's a loyal fan but bashing people like that yeesh.

Re: This is how immature Microsoft is.
In gaming, maybe, but I don't see Microsoft actually dying any time soon.
But yeah, whoever's running that Twitter account is not doing a very good job. Is that really the only positive feedback they could come up with?

Re: This is how immature Microsoft is.
I also hope they don't die. In terms of gaming, if they didn't exist Sony would have only Nintendo as competition and honestly I feel like Nintendo caters to a different set of gamers (not mutually exclusive from the Sony/Microsoft gamers though, as I myself am evidence of). Now in terms of Windows... I would really rather not hear people worship Apple more than they do already so... I mean I love linux as much as I do Windows, but good luck making casual consumers care about it.
Also, I actually feel bad for their PR people on Twitter. People are harassing them so much over this and I feel like they honestly are struggling very hard to respond to it all without making Microsoft come out of this even worse than they already have. This is an interesting case because they're responding to positive feedback (if crazy) but all the negative feedback has been incredibly immature.

Still there not handling things very well, for example didn't they say to those who don't have access to internet connection to just stick with a 360? I mean...rude...

without exception, PR talk always creeps me out - it's so obviously faked and unnatural.
