I blame lack of proper advertising. Most people when they think of Libertarian they think Ron Paul. And Gary is better than Paul I would say as Paul is far too much of an extremist. If you want to give a big *bleep* you to Romney AND Obama, theres no better vote than one for Gary Johnson. Ya he wont win but if he gets enough support that it swings the election, then maybe things will actually change.
Spoilered for language.

Re: General Discussion 5
Romney: Hasn't proven anything yet, good or bad. But has a chance to.
Obama: Proven himself a threat (to some extent) to our country's government.
Or: Let's hire a hippy to be president.
.'/
By the way, I didn't vote. I was even asked by my mom to vote, but refused.

Re: General Discussion 5
Clock-la: Not sure what you're thinking makes Romney an "extremist." He's just your typical Republican, really. Could be either good or bad depending on how you look at it, but "extremist" is probably not the right word. If you're getting most of your news about American politics from the internet, I can definitely see why you would think that, though, since the internet has a pretty overwhelmingly liberal bias.
Swaffy: Gary Johnson isn't a "hippy," but since he doesn't fall into either of the main two parties, a lot of people do label him as weird, especially for his stance on drug legalization (which IMO is not even a major issue right now at all). I would encourage you to read about third party candidates' positions (if you haven't already) before passing such judgments.

Re: General Discussion 5
Looks like New York is getting hit with another hurricane, stronger than the last. Some really stupid people trying to weather the storm near the water instead of finding higher ground.

I don't know who that is. I wasn't talking about anyone in particular when I
said hippy, I just meant hippies in general.
now we might be staying because it doesn't look too bad around here.
let's see what happens from here.
I've watched a few hurricane videos, crews in an SUV capturing weather
conditions in cities during the storms. One guy was driving through the city as
debris were flying and water began flooding the land. Stuff looks intense.
Makes me want to buy a small tank or even a tracked tractor so that I can
wander around areas during bad storms, getting footage of crazy conditions.

Re: General Discussion 5
I remember Arthur.... I used to watch that all the time when I was a kid.
Half birthdays I think are really only a thing for kids who have summer birthdays. In a lot of schools they'll have short little celebrations for kids on their birthdays, but if a kid's birthday is in the summer, they'll miss out, so they'll do half birthdays for those kids instead.

Disney weren't big enough before? i mean, come on, spend one day at a Disney park, and one family could pay up enough for the entire company's yearly salary. why buy out something else yet?

Yeah but there not making a series or a song, there making a trilogy of films. And nearly all Disney films turn out good.
