My Spyro FanFiction

or actually, it revolves more around Cynder then Spyro..their adventures after the game as i imagined it. i spent years fine-tuning the world, based off what i've seen in the games themselves, and given some regions new names-for example, i have Cynder call the Burned Lands "The Unorganized Territory".

yeah. given this is among my first attempts, i find it easier to have them talk this way. i does get complicated when I have them talk about complex subjects, like when i have Cynder reflect on her actions in the games (the whole war against Malefor being called the "Dragon Civil War"). oh, and you may ask why it's so long as well...it's due to the detail...and the numerous pictures i drew to compliment it.

And Cynder and Spyro are supposed to be adult in this too.

but to answer your question....yes.

It reminds me of a script for a play. Definitely unique, not something you see in fanfiction a lot. I find that my writing flows better when I don't script, but it gets challenging coming up with a million synonyms for "said."

Hmmm I personally hate script form in fanfiction. No offence meant personally but if you can't come up with a way to describe your characters talking then how can I believe that you can come up with a flowing narrative?

I've never read any script based fanfiction. Most I've read are either first or third person. Points for being somewhat unique I guess.

It's a solid start. Can use some detailing unless this is just a simpler part of
the story. Usually more in-depth stuff happens later on anyway, so no big deal
on that. Grammar checking is needed, and could use quotation marks for
when a character is talking.

and actually yes, this is a fairly simple part of the story. in the pages before the one i cited there, i provide intimate details on the city's fortified walls, the architecture of the buildings, and how the city reacted to it's previous siege. I've studied Siege Warfare and military fortification for some time, and so have a great deal of knowledge in this area-i can post 1 of those pages here if you's like me to.
