I love how these reviewers will bash Final Fantasy for its stock emo characters, lack of customization, and intellectually-insulting storylines, yet they rave about TWEWY which does the EXACT SAME THING! I could say the same thing about how they bashed FF12, yet praised Skyrim, which does the same thing, but crashes more.

I'm not hating at all. I'm saying that they're hypocritical and not consistent with their criticisms. I could argue that Final Fantasy has just as much customization as TWEWY. And from what I've played of TWEWY. At best, it's nowhere near better than Final Fantasy, and that's not saying much.

As for Final Fantasy 12, one of the chief complaints were that it takes too long to do anything, like walking somewhere. Yet, in Skyrim, they do the EXACT SAME THING! You're walking around in a 3D environment and it takes forever to do anything. Sure, you have fast-travel to locations you've been to before, but you have that in FF12 too. They compliment Skyrim for having a vast world to explore, yet bash FF12 for doing the same thing.

The same thing for the plot and characters. They basically said that FF12's characters were bland, unimaginative, and filled with stereotypes. From what I saw in Skyrim, they did the same thing. They weren't that interesting to me, at all. I'm not defending FF12 from these criticisms. I share them. But show some consistency here.

I'd just like to ask... What part of Skyrim has characters similar to FF12? What part of Skyrim has customization similar to FF12?

Are you talking about FF12? Or FFXIII-2? The only open world part of FF12 was the Gran Pulse, which you only get to at level 11. Nothing else of it was free-roam.

Look, it's pretty well known around here that you think Skyrim is the worst game to have ever been made, but I'd just like to point out that most of this 'hypocrisy' isn't that at all. It's just your perception leads you to believe that they have a preconceived bias based on your own opinion of a game. Honestly I feel like we're traveling a little bit into the hipster zone.

No. TWEWY is. I just found it a bitter disappointment compared to Oblivion(Which granted wasn't THAT great but it had good things going for it I can appreciate.)

My point is that your bias towards these games have been escalating for a long time. Whenever you talk about a game, you either like it and say that every aspect of it is perfect (see Dark Souls and Persona), or you absolutely hate it and everything related to it (Skyrim).

I'm not saying that you don't believe that there are bad things to the games you like or good things to the games you hate. Rather, you constantly represent yourself as such.

I recently re-watched FLCL. Such an amazing anime. I recommend it after you finish Soul Eater.

So ... my two friends and I want to paint our paintball guns with a camouflage.
I think I want a desert camo on mine. Anyway, we're going to print out
stencils, go to hobby lobby for paint, all that fun junk. It'll take a long time
because a single layer needs to dry for around 40 minutes. A full camo paint
job has ... many layers. 12 or more, I think?

I enjoyed Dragon Age. But I suggest you stay away from the sidequests. There pretty....stupid.

Also I'm watching Baccano. Wow this has to be one of the few animes that actually have good english dubs.
