Virtual graphing calculator on your computer; TI
If you're interested, I found a TI (Texas Instruments) emulator/virtual
calculator you can use on your computer. I used it, and it is the same as the
physical TI-83+ and TI-89. Graphing works just as well too.
Here's a link to the page: http://www.videomathteacher.com/virtual … lator.html
... and a direct download link: http://www.videomathteacher.com/uploade … Folder.zip
I tried it, it's a small download. Unzip the file, click on "vti.exe" to run it.
I am using it for my College Algebra homework right now.
Oh, and IT IS FREE. (And comes with the source code too.)

Cool, but... is this actually from TI? And it's not hosted on TI's website? I dunno, that seems kind of sketchy to me. Sure it's legit?

Re: Virtual graphing calculator on your computer; TI
It was not make by TI. It just uses an image of one because people are
familiar with how a TI calculator works. I used it, and it works fine.
I am unsure about the fact that it's a free open source program, because the
real calculators cost a lot of money. But I see it as a helpful tool, especially if
you have a laptop that you can take with you. I'm too poor to get an
expensive calculator, so I saw this and gave it a try.
Its template looks like they only scanned the face of the calculator and used
that as a template for the program. Cheap way to do it, but it works.
