Where were you on 9/11?
Now first guys, I'm sorry I'm so obsessed with 9/11. I also had a question. Where were you on 9/11? Tell me what you were doing, where you were, and what your reaction was. If you don't remember, that's ok.

Re: Where were you on 9/11?
I'm so sorry to hear that. For me I was getting ready for school and my mom came rushing in an turned on the tv and the first tower was already hit and in flames and my mom was crying hysterically and I had no idea what was going on and I do believe the second plane was caught on camera which made me sit on the couch in disbelief and I don't remember after that. Later My local county fair was supposed to open the very same day and I'm still surprised it wasn't cancelled due to the attacks but it was not and we went but for obvious reasons the turnout was really low and the mood was not all happy and joyous like they are my family and I included.

Re: Where were you on 9/11?
All very interesting stories...I suppose its time to tell my story. I was two, and my family was watching the events on TV. My dad was out on the job, in Shanksville, and around 10:00 he heard the sound of jet engines. He looked up, and just over his view, was a plane, completely upside down, the tail fin was down and coming in at a sharp descent, and plowed right into the ground. That was the flight my Uncle Mark died on. My mom was watching the events on TV.

I don't remember perfectly, but I know I was in fifth grade, age 10, and we were just starting class. An announcement came up on the loudspeaker explaining what had happened. I think I remember us taking some time to sit in silence and pray (it was a Catholic school).

In bed asleep.
But I do remember going to school and my prep teacher drawing what happened on the whiteboard. I was 6 and I had no concern towards other countries and their problems at the time.
