Well, I haven't really looked into it. My brother has for his Spyro videos, though, and apparently it took a long time to find one that lets you record for more than like 30 seconds.
When I was windows user, I used 2 apps:
1st for video recording(cam studio)
2nd for audio recording(all2wav recorder)
and then put all together, but the 2nd doesn't work for windows 7/vista, because some companies complained that users can steal their sounds/musics easily, so Microsoft removed this option. Fraps found way how to record it in win7, but isn't free.
