Rude person at grocery store

Ok so I was at the grocery store with my sister,mother, and dad and thank God my dad was off by himself but there was this guy on a cell phone blabbing and instead of putting the phone aside and saying "excuse me" he just stuck his finger in my face instead! We all moved and when out of the guy's view said on how rude that was,well next isle over same guy on the same phone was now blocking something WE needed! Normally my mom does not do acts of vengeance and also. At this point I was looking at something else so this comes from my mom but she said she did the same thing to him and he slowly moved his cart and at that point she asked him if he could move the cart and the guy finally told his caller to hold on and had the balls to say my mom was rude! My mom said That you were rude to us first which the guy said that he wasn't which at that point I was pretending to not be related to my mom but then I heard they guy say" why don't you do me a favor and just go about your business?'' at that point my sister snapped "Don't you ever talk to my mom like that!'' but we were walking away and to my alarm the guy was starting to follow us! Either because we were 3/4 down the aisle or because I was walking backwards staring at him without blinking he stopped. It took all my self control not to give him the bird or say F YOU! only while staring at my boots in the car later did I say that if I ever see any do that again to you I will shove my boot so far up their *bleep* that they'll be puking the boot polish for a week! But why does it seem like people are getting ruder nowadays?

Customers can be *bleep*s, no doubt about it. Sucks that you had to run into one. In your situation I probably would have just passive-aggressively waited behind the guy trying to creep him out so he'd move or something like that. I'm not very assertive. sad

Depends TBH.

I was in london and everyone was very polite, then my friend wen't down and said they were very rude hmm its very off, then again up north were not better. my friend stated she was given dirty looks for wearing a rain coat in winter... XD

Normally that is what my mom would have done and would have not said or done anything like that. She and I noticed that it seems that people are getting ruder and less caring nowadays and I think she had it with that guy.

Not as bad as me. I swear I have been given dirty looks simply because I'm black and my parents are white and mostly black people did it! Or they were looking in awe as I have been told.

There was ONE case were my cat ran into a ladys house and well the woman was so unecciserlly rude towards me yelling telling me its MY FAULt i should "controll the beast or get rid of it!!" i was thinking YOU LEFT YOUre door open and you have a cat of you're own!!!!!!!! SO WHY THE F*** MUST YELL because my cat ran in got sceard and ran up stairs!!!!!

I uderstand it was my cat but I can hardly stop her from exploring athe area

Yeah, people can be real jerks sometimes...especially customers. When I was working at a fast-food place last summer there was a guy who literally complained to my manager for 10 minutes about not getting a tomato on his burger. He called the guy who took his order an idiot, and said he wanted to take down the name of my manager so he could complain. After a while, he just gave up and left, saying he was going to go to another restaurant in the same chain (lol). I had to stop myself from laughing because the manager was slowly getting more and more *bleep*ed off by the second, and the guy was just plain stupid. hmm

You should see the kids at my school. They will ALWAYS push and shove you when you walk in the halls between periods. Heck I know some kids who got shoved to walls and sometimes they trip and fall to the floor. That's not being rude. That's just being a *bleep*.

I'll agree with 36ISLS36.

If someone is rude, just let them go. No big deal. Sometimes I just want to go
"destruction derby" mode on some dumb*bleep* drivers, but I just let them go.

I just do what the Bible tells me to do. Turn the other cheek, don't fight back.

It's best not to judge a group by its crazies. You will notice that most Americans do not do such things, and you'll find a few people who do pretty much anywhere.

remember, not every message from God is necessarily from God. i think it's kind of silly when humans try to determine every minute thought/opinion of a higher power. there's something very spiritually and universally arrogant about that, to me. especially when they can't tell the difference between the words clearly written in The Ten Commandments, and a little voice in their head telling them to for example kill people.

note that despite my Christian stance i did not take a religious stance in this post.

Well to be fair it wasn't actually about killing people, it was about opening a gun shop. I misread that at first as she shot a gun because it was God's will, not opened a shop because of a typo on the last page.

xD Even still there are those who do claim to kill in gods will, i mean My friend told me of a few cases Amerecan's killing by gods will ((Sorry if im seeming Antie america here I realy don't mean to!!!)) But surly the Bible quite clearlyy states "Thou shall not kill" tongue

I never heard of that. I did hear about some parents who had a child who was dying of some disease(Cancer. Maybe) and they never took the child to the hospital because they thought God was gunna save him.

Kid dies. Parents were arrested for neglect.

Still there was once a Christian at this God camp telling the kids harry potter is evil and should be burnt at the stake! the kids were all agreeing with her.

I realy hate it when people preach hate in gods name >_> it gose against EVERYTHING god stands for!! EVERYTHING!!!!

People can be rude, but that's what humans are; a bunch of selfish, evil gits. Or, a lot of people are. There are nice people and horrible people in life- Nice people will compliment you, horrible people will spit in you face.

This one time a few years ago, I accidentally opened the door of our car too fast and made a tiny dent in the door of the car next to us. The person who owned that also just happened to be there just minutes later, he spotted the infinitesimal dot which he called a 'big dent', and got angry at me and my mum. My mum told the man that it was an accident and that I didn't mean to do it. The man then did something which I still can't quite believe... He looked at ne through the window of my car, as I sat there, probably only about 8 or 9 years old, and gives me the 'Angry Face'.

The whole class told her that She did, but she was Adiment I'd just walked out. And im not the type of person to get up and walk out, heck I was only sent out the Class room ONCE im my entire school life. But apparenltly I walk off when ever I wish to. ¬_¬
