This wasn't said in the PS2 game, at least it wasn't clarified. As for close relations "getting busy" that's not unheard of. just look at the history of the egyptians pharoahs. many of them married thier sister or half sister. Indeed, you can marry your first cousin in 11 states in the Us, including minnesota. I'm not sure if there is any rules against marrying someone who is that close to you in the dragon worlds.

Really, The reference to the same group of eggs could be taken to mean that they're siblings, but it could also be that...
1) There were multiple families that entrusted the eggs to the Guardians, meaning that there is no blood link, which is backed by the different appearances, OR,
2) There is a distant link, like... I dunno, 2nd cousins or something.

Doesn't matter, since Cynder's mine anyways...

And no getting with an Elder!!

I emailed Krome and they said that all of Amaze's ideas are fully confirmed by them...
Which means they are siblings, and just to keep you happy i emailed krome again...

Yes they are siblings, not cousins, but we forgot to mention it in the PS2 game of Eternal night, But it was pretty obvious, they were from the same group of eggs...
Heres a secret, the next Legend of Spyro Game will feature Spyro And Cynder's mother.

Oh and yeah, Brother and sister marrying would be gross, the ancient egyptians did it, but that was because of their religion and because of fights between who is royalty.

Thank you ratchet, But I will still say this. Cynder and Spyro don't treat eqach other as brother and sister, they treat each other as friends. Further there aren't any other young female dragons in the game to date. Cynder told him in the final cutscene "You're among friends" She didn't say you're among family. As for what Krome told, storylines are not always set in stone, and while they m,ay have said that they're siblings, fans have had by and large a different interprtation of thier relationship.

Finally , the ending song "Broken soul" points to a very different relationship between Spyro and Cynder. Siblings love each other, but I don't sense that "sibling affection" between the two of them, I sense something completely different. Further, The Guardians failure to protect the eggs leaves Cynder and Spyro as the only 2 young dragons. There are no other dragon realms ratchet, while there may be other dragons, they are probably all fully mature. And that dragons only lay eggs every so often, there are years between "years of the Dragon". So as far as we know, unless other eggs were spirited away the night of the raid, the only young dragons in existence are Spyro and Cynder

I managed to email Krome again and lo and behold, another resonse (talk about a fanwilling company)
Are Spyro And Cynder Confirmed brother and sister? ir if not, are they in love or is their relationship developing to become in love? and if yes, why did Cynder say that spyro and such were "among friends"?
Oh and so i dont have to email you again.... are there any other dragon realms families?
As we have already said to you, Spyro And Cynder are Brother and sister, why they said "you're among friends" instead of "you're among family" will be explained in the next The legend of spyro game.
And yes, there are many Dragon realms.

Hmmmmmm, maybe Krome are trying to point out that Spyro and Cynder dont know that they are siblings and the guardians dont know that they are trying to have a relationship, Who knows What krome are up to, we can only wait.
PS:i dont know that much because i havn't seen any TEN cutscenes... only like all of the ANB ones

It is never stated in the console games that Spyro and Cynder are related. In fact, whether they are or not, so far it has been implied that Cynder is the last female dragon left and with Spyro being the only male her age...well.

I don't think they are siblings. I don't even think they're related at all. It is never stated where the eggs came from, only that they arrived at the temple in the Year of the Dragon. I suspect that all the eggs came from different places where there may be more dragons.

Either way, the console games do imply that there is romance in Cynder and Spyro's relationship. The hand held games don't have much in common with the storyline of the console version, so don't take what they say too seriously.

Once you play TEN ratchet then you will see whatr I mean. I agree with you Razz, I particularrly follow the storyline of the console games. we can speculte on a lot of things, but there are a few ceetainites:
Spyro will defeat the Dark Master at the end of the third Game.
Hunter will appear in the third game.
Cynder will play a role in the Dark Master downfall, I believe she'll survive, but its possible she may sacrifice herself.
The game will probably get even darker, but could have a happy ending, and if i the game is sucessful (which I suspect it will be) then we could see future Spyro games from Krome.
