Agreed. I just sent an email to congress through the reddit blackout.

I'm kind of disappointed facebook isn't doing anything, though.

I agree with Stormy and Clock-la. I've signed the reddit and Google petitions.

Signed. I think of the book 1984 when I think of SOPA. If we let the government censor the Internet, what's next?

For my protest against soap, I haven't bathed for almost a week!

Re: Jan 18th Blackout?

I'm fairly sure the bill won't pass. And of course I'm completely against it like just about everyone else is.

Yeah, like that'll do much? Doesn't matter where you live in the world; the fact is that the grand majority of sites on the internet are hosted in the US and they're equally under such jurisdiction (the webhosts would have to take the majority of the responsibility and from that point on they'll have to enforce strict rules on their sites to stay away from trouble). The bill is bad for everyone...

Re: Jan 18th Blackout?

Crap. I should've bought an M1 Carbine before all this crap.
Now I need to figure out who to shoot on top of that.

AR15 is cheaper, easier to buy, more effective, and much more modern.

Re: Jan 18th Blackout?

Yeah, but I really like WWII weapons. And no ... not because of video games.
I like old cars too. But you're right, an AR-15 is cheaper and more customizable.

Hickok45 (on YouTube) has an AR-15 with a 300 AAC Blackout upper.
