Preeeetty sure RBD was named as such because her mane is rainbow colored. tongue Faust has said herself that automatically assuming she's a lesbian because she's a tomboy and has a rainbow mane does a disservice to both straight and gay tomboys.

(Yeah, I know that was probably a joke, but I'm just sayin'. Also, high five for not hating Rarity.)

*high fives back* I think Raritys charcter is the one that best develops during the show. Next to Fluttershy(We need moar Fluttershy in season 2).

I agree about needing more Fluttershy, but I think Applejack is in more desperate need of episodes; she hasn't had one since the third episode of season 1. =/ I want to like her, but she's nowhere near as developed as the others.

That's pretty much the reason why she's 5th favorite. We never focused on her much. The only episodes she has was Applebuck season, And the sleepover episode(I don't think Over a Barrel really counts) I would definatlly like her more if she does(And between you and me. I think Applejack is Riverhippos favorite.)

Anyway lets see what the upcoming episodes will feature.

Episode 6 will be a CMC episode(And for the last time THE CMC DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT *bleep*ing SUCK!!!!

Episode 7 will be Rainbow Dash(AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!)

Episode 8 will have Rainbow Dash(Again?!?!? *takes suicide pills*

And episode 9 will have Rarity(Awesome....*Dies*)

I commend you for not including rainbows in that equation, but I still disagree. Applejack is second most tomboyish, so it makes sense that they would share similar interests and get along well.

I don't know, man. The vast majority of ponies we meet in depth, or in the background are female. Maybe the ponies have a genetic predisposition that makes them more likely to be female. So lebianism would be pretty standard, due to the deficiency of males, but seemingly monogamous society.
