I just got one that had a white screen, blank apart from a line of text. Something like:
"The void(0) was failed to reach multiple times. This is not supposed to happen. Is it mgps:01 tail?"

Funny thing is the more effort you put into the game the worse the ending gets. I've never heard of a game doing that before.

Medievil 2, if you get all the bonus chalices, things that earn you bonus weapons, you get an ending where you and your love interest are jumped, and presumably killed, by the boss from the first game.

La pucelle tactics, if you spend too much time in the bonus levels, levelling up and such, your main character turns into a demon, and loses all her friends.
