Cynder's future

What do you think will happen to Cynder in the final LOS game? Do you think she';ll die fighting tHe Dark Master, Survive the battle but leave, or survive and stay with Spyro and Sparx.

Given the way things are set up, unless they suddenly reveal that there are other dragons, she'll have to stay with Spyro or they're all going extinct. big_smile

I like to hope that she and Spyro will wind up together or at least on the way to love by the end of the final game.

Well, if Krome decides to connect the series to the Insomniac series, then it means a LOT of people are going to die. Cynder seems to be a character interested in repenting herself. I think her final act of repention will be to die fighting the Dark Master and ultimately saving Spyro.

I personally doubt they'll kill off Cynder. I haven't played TEN, so I don't exactly have an expert's opinion, but I think Krome realizes how many Cynder fan maniacs are out there and that they'd be pretty upset if she dies at the end.

I wouldn'y say that they are connecting the series to insominac, rather that they are reimagining the beginnings of old characters. They're borrowing Hunter from the old series, but he will probably be very different than the dimwitted Hunter in the original storyline. If they do ciontinue the storyline past the trilogy(and considering how well the series has been recieved so far, that's a good possibility) then Cynder will have to survive. As for repenting, she repents a little, every time she plays "the villian" or tries to help Spyro. I'd imagine Sparx , with his 'scary-pyscho she-dragon" talk is part of the reason why Cynder decided to leave at the beggining in the first place. There's only so mamy times you can tolerate having mean stuff said about you behind your back.

I would agree with you BlueFlame. I just can't imagine a now popular dragon character in a popular game series to just die off. What is the fun in that?

True, everyone loves Cynder, and people would have a feraking fit if Krome killed her off [like a huge pitch-fork and tourch weilding mob storming the place shouting "Kill The deamons! They took our dragon!"] but for the series to take on the doom and gloom feel that krome seems to be going for, somebody has to [as I like to say in football] hit the floor in a pool of red. Every good series [childern or not] has someone croke before it's all said and over with. [Harry Potter has a nearly a death per book, Eragon has the same ratio, heck even Naria has people keeling over!]

It's not the ending that matters, its all i how you get to it...isnt that why you want to see how it ends? Travled so far just to see another destanation to go to?

We may see dragoins like Ignitus die, but since the storyline is set up so that Cynder and Spyro are the only young dragons(that we know of) it would make sense that she survives, if for no other reason than to ensure the survival of dragonkind. Yes, the stroies are getting darker, but there is usually a happy ending at the end.

probably DM will die or go away for a while, spyro and cyndar will get a family, TLOS series ends with "spyro had many other adventures after that, but thats another story" or some crap like that

If the Dark Master dis efeated it will be the end of him, and to be honest Ratchet, I suspect there will be more stories in this timeline. There's certainly a rich mine of subplots to explore. Although I do hope that Ignitus and the other Guardians will get more screen time in the final game of the trilogy.

Having beaten the game, it appears that the Chronicler believes that Cynder will be forced back into servitude to the Dark Master. Spyro is tryting to prevcent that, whether or not he can suceed, is of course not going to be revealed until the third game.

Do you know If the games staying for the PS2, Because If i Isn't, ill be soo mad ill Kill a Baby (Dane Cook Humor)well... Then ill have to buy a PS3 or 360 or whatever it is...
